For over 40 years, Prem N. Kapur Associates Pvt. Ltd. (PNK) has been empowering Indian students to achieve their global education dreams. Founded in 1981 by Mr. Prem N. Kapur, PNK was created with a clear mission: to make studying abroad accessible, transparent, and rewarding.
1981
When international education was rare and intimidating, Mr Prem Kapur’s mission was to provide ethical and personalised guidance to Indian students pursuing global education opportunities.
1990s
The consultancy expanded its reach, helping students secure placements at top universities in the UK, USA, and Australia, while building trusted partnerships with schools and international institutions.
2000s
PNK pioneered initiatives like Portfolio Day and introduced digital tools to enhance student admissions guidance and international university collaborations.
2010s
India’s first Portfolio Day (2016) and Indian Social Sciences Day (2019) were organised, and PNK strengthened partnerships between Indian and foreign universities, earning recognition as a values-driven education consultancy.
2025 (Present)

Executive Director
An alumna of Jawaharlal Nehru University and the University of Wollongong, Australia, Mrinal K. Singh is a distinguished international education leader with global experience in leading multinational organisations. She has forged transformative partnerships between foreign and Indian universities and pioneered India’s first Portfolio Day and Social Sciences Day.
Recipient of the Woman of Excellence Award (2020–21), she continues to empower students to achieve success at the world’s leading universities.

Jenene Singh
Director, Student Success & Global Partnerships
Jenene Singh is an international education alumna who studied and started her career in New York City before joining PNK in India. She specialises in overseas university admissions, application strategy, and global university partnerships. Drawing on her own study abroad experience, Jenene leads student mentoring, digital transformation, and education programme outreach, helping students gain a competitive edge and confidently navigate opportunities at top universities worldwide.

Founder of PNK, Prem N. Kapur pioneered ethical study abroad counselling in India in 1981. A former President of the ITC Group of Hotels, he built PNK on the principles of personal attention, integrity, and trust. His vision has guided hundreds of students to top universities in the UK, USA, and Australia, establishing PNK as one of India’s most respected values-driven international education consultancies.
