University of Bath India Winter School: Global responsibilities from the

market to the individual

The University of Bath, Winter School was an intense ten day programme held at Lady

Shri Ram College (LSR) from 14 DEC 2018 – 21 DEC 2018. It offered students a chance

to examine current challenges affecting the global market from a multidisciplinary

perspective and seek innovative and sustainable solutions. Students engaged in a

series of lectures, workshops and team projects across ten days exploring

contemporary debates with a focus on Economics, Computer Science, Psychology, and

Social Sciences. The Winter School was delivered by 12 University of Bath academics.

Overall winners of the team project received letters of recommendation from the Dean

of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Professor David Galbreath.

Candidates were also eligible to apply for scholarships to study further at the University.
